An all-girls team named KAIZEN consists of 4 meticulous and enthusiastic students from GENIUS@Pintar College that will represent Selangor in the 2021 F1 in schools Virtual National finals. The word ‘Kaizen’ is a Japanese term where ‘kai’ means change and ‘zai’ means good; simply defined as “change for better”. It symbolizes our persistence on gradually improving productivity and also acknowledges each member of the group should strive for success at all times in order to achieve our primary goal in participating in this competition.
